  • Sign up for service – even if you need your clothes cleaned and pressed asap.
  • Schedule your pick-up and delivery days – meaning your go-to shirts, dresses, slacks and suits will be cleaned, pressed and delivered when it’s most convenient for you.
  • Set your account for an automatic laundry pickup from anywhere – that’s right, we’ll pick up your dirty clothes that you’ve been meaning to get to but haven’t gotten to and do your laundry for you. You’ll come home thinking Mr. Clean stopped by while you were at work.
  • Rush dry cleaning service – sometimes you’ll need your clothes done faster than two days. We’ve been there! Just ask for “expedited service” when you schedule your dry cleaning pickup and delivery.
  • Easiest way to schedule evening delivery – our new evening delivery hours (7pm-10pm) allow you to be home when your clothes are delivered. So you can get them as soon as they arrive, keeping them out of the elements and safe from neighbors’ sticky fingers.
  • Update your contact and credit card information making checkout as quick as possible.
  • Provide notes for the delivery driver – so the driver knows exactly where your clothes are and where you want them delivered.

Best delivery in Austin

Pick-ups are available Monday through Friday. Deliveries are made two business days after we receive them. We offer the best delivery in Austin! You can set your account for an automatic laundry pick-up from your home or office each week or you can email, call or text us on those weeks when you have a pick-up. We know that sometimes you can’t wait two days so we try to accommodate rush dry cleaning delivery service when we can. Just ask for expedited service when you schedule your free dry cleaning pickup and delivery.

Please schedule your pickup by 9:00 a.m. or call on a prior day. Pick-ups are available Monday through Friday. Deliveries are made two business days after we receive them. Free evening delivery from 7pm-10pm is available. Rush dry-cleaning available upon request. Only removed the hyphen in pickup to be consistent with the rest of the copy.

A minimum of 3 “wet cleaning” items is required for a pick-up. 2 laundered shirts or pants are equivalent to 1 “wet cleaned” item.

If the Austin area is experiencing bad weather (snow, ice, very strong winds) on the day of your delivery, we will delay the delivery or pickup of your order until the next delivery or pickup day to ensure our driver and your clothes are safe. We value our reputation as a responsible cleaning service in Austin.

We are closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s Day. If your pickup/delivery day falls on a holiday, your order will be picked up/delivered on the following day.

We inspect every garment as it comes in and easily catch most stains. If you would like to call our attention to a particular issue, please include a note with your order with specific instructions or feel free to call us. Removed the last two sentences, “Stop dry cleaning Austin. To get the worst stains out, you need wet cleaning.”

We are unable to clean leather, fur, vintage items, damaged fabrics or items colored with unset dyes (Indian silks, Guatemalan cotton, etc.). In the event that we receive an item that cannot be cleaned, we will return the item at no charge.
